Role:Talent Acquisition Associate/Technical Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruittop IT and ERP talent, with a strong focus on SAP roles and technical positions.
- Leverage Chinese job boards and other region-specific platforms to proactively identify qualified Mandarin-speaking candidates.
- Engage with Mandarin-speaking candidates to assess fit, discuss career opportunities, and manage interview processes.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and updatecandidate databasesandApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs, especially within niche technical areas.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress to improve sourcing strategies and meet hiring targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ yearsof experience in talent acquisition, with a focus onIT and ERP talent sourcing.
- Experience sourcingSAP professionalsis a significant advantage.
- Fluent in Mandarinto effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates.
- Strong knowledge ofrecruitment best practicesand creative sourcing techniques.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency inApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)andMicrosoft Office Suite.
