🔍 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Partner with hiring managers & recruiters to define sourcing strategies aligned with business needs
- Own full-cycle sourcing for senior technical roles (e.g., Staff Engineers, Data Leads)
- Drive outreach strategies with a strong focus on personalization and DEI
- Build and maintain deep pipelines of future-ready tech talent
- Leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, Boolean, X-ray search)
- Analyze market data and trends to support strategic hiring decisions
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years’ experience in talent sourcing (ideally in fast-paced or startup tech environments)
- Track record of filling senior/complex tech positions
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience using sourcing metrics
- Passionate about diversity & inclusion in hiring
