We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Education sectors across Malaysia. The role focuses on technical solution selling, account management, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets.
What you'll do
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Manage and grow customer accounts
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions
- Prepare weekly sales and activity reports
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams
- Support pre-tender and post-tender activities
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Automation, or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant sales and support experience, preferably with accounts in the Education sector such as Public and Private Universities, MARA, the Ministry of Human Resources, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Ministry of Digital.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Own transport and willing to travel frequently
