Description

This is a growth-oriented role designed to support our Specialized Sales Model. You will serve as the primary owner for Tier 2 (Growth) Accounts. At the same time providing critical technical and data support to our Senior Hunters (CEO/Assistant Manager) and Commercial Farmer (Assistant Manager) during the Hyper-Care phase of our Tier 1 Strategic Accounts.

  • 80% Focus: Full-cycle Sales & Management of Tier 2 accounts (Hunting and Farming).
  • 20% Focus: TSS Operational Support, including consumption tracking and Hyper-Care technical assistance.

Responsibilities

[Full-Cycle Pillar] Tier 2 Account Management (80% Focus)

  • The Junior Hunter: Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within smaller Tier 2 foundries. You will lead the initial engagement and technical demonstrations for these accounts.
  • The Junior Farmer: Act as the long-term point of contact for Tier 2 clients, managing their consumable needs, processing orders, and ensuring technical satisfaction.
  • On-the-Floor Presence: Regularly visit Tier 2 customer shopfloors to ensure our products are performing correctly and to identify Value-Add opportunities.

[Support Pillar] Technical Hyper-Care & Operations (20% Focus)

  • Hyper-Care Shadowing: Assist the Technical Hunter during the critical 12-month Hyper-Care period for new Tier 1 accounts. You will help with on-floor implementation, translation, and operator training.
  • Consumption Reporting Lead: You are responsible for tracking the up and down consumption data for our growth accounts. You will prepare monthly usage reports for the Commercial Farmer to review during client QBRs.
  • Technical Library Custodian: Help maintain the technical repository of TDS, MSDS, and Success Story case studies to assist the team in faster solutioning.

The Commercial & Administrative Side

  • Office-to-Floor Bridge: Handle the necessary paperwork for your assigned accountsquotes, technical emails, and sales follow-upsensuring the office side of the account is well-connected with the floor side.
  • CRM Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical requirements to support the team's data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Building Rapport: You will be comfortable talking technical details with operators on the floor and then summarizing progress for the TSS team during weekly catch-ups.
  • Supplier Link: Support the team in maintaining relationships with technical teams from our core suppliers (e.g., Capital, Omega, Envoy) to stay updated on the latest product applications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Tier 2 Revenue Growth: Achieving individual sales targets for the assigned Tier 2 account portfolio.
  2. Reporting Precision: On-time and accurate delivery of monthly consumption reports for Tier 1 accounts.
  3. Technical Competency: Successful completion of the Capital Certification Training and other internal upskilling programs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical, or Chemical).
  • Experience: 02 years in technical sales or engineering; fresh graduates with a strong passion for the metalcasting industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Chinese (to support technical translation for on-floor teams).
