Herbal Food Assay Services Sdn Bhd (HFAS) is an independent laboratory specializing in chemical and microbiological contaminant analysis in the Food, Beverages, and Nutraceutical industries. Established in May 2019, HFAS is accredited under MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards and Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia (SAMM 1070), ensuring high-quality and reliable results. The company is committed to providing precise testing services to support safety and quality assurance in the food and health sectors.

Role Description

a) Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

b) Develop professional and long term relationship with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements.

c) Generate quotation and respond to customer enquiry.

d) Responsible for customer credit control.

e) Support sales activities like sample collection.

f) Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

g) Communicate with customers and laboratory staffs to ensure the information of customer request

is circulated to the laboratory personnels

Qualifications

a) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or equivalent

b) Possess minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field

c) Familiar with laboratory environment, procedures and practices

d) Possess analytical skills with a problem solving attitude

e) Dynamic, self motivated, Good team Player and a fast leaner

f) Possess analytical skills with a problem solving attitude

g) Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently

h) Required languages : English & Bahasa Malaysia& Chinese
