Technical Sales Executive

This full-time, on-site Technical Sales Executive role is based in Puchong. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their food product requirements, and providing technical advice and innovative solutions that align with their needs. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying potential customers, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Technical knowledge of food science, food coatings, seasonings, sauces, and related ingredients, along with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in market research and developing effective sales strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic work environments.
• Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
