Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote role for a Technical Service Engineer. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues, and providing solutions promptly. The role involves analyzing technical problems, offering guidance to customers, and ensuring their satisfaction. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases and contribute to creating technical documentation to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Services, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and issue resolution
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote work environment
• Knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
