Job Description

Conduct chemical analyses, laboratory testing, and validation to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
Review plant performance through laboratory trials, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports with clear findings and conclusions.
Develop, improve, and customize products, processes, equipment, and analytical methods to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Prepare technical papers, reports, standards, and specifications for processes, tests, and products.
Provide training to production staff on chemical handling, safety practices, and operational best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions to maintain product quality and consistency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
25 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical service role or fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of chemical processes, analytical techniques, and industrial safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other quality management systems is an advantage.
