Job Responsibilities

• Implementing various development, testing, and automation tools
• Follow through the entire CI/CD process
• Providing technical support to clients including 24×7 support on rotational basis
• Facilitating communication between customers and product principals
• Troubleshooting as first point of contact

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Analytical with good problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting.
• Willing to pick up and learn new software and technologies.
• Willing and able to be on 24×7 support (rotation basis)
• Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken), able to support Chinese-speaking counterparts.

What You Will Learn & Be Exposed To:

• CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals
• Programming (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python)
• Tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git
• Code security, repository management, and SSO concepts
• Middleware and messaging technologies (e.g., JBoss, ActiveMQ)
