Responsibilities / Tasks
- Provide technical support for assigned service sales activities across South East Asia countries.
- Support country service sales organizations in achieving service sales targets through selling plant upgrade, technical input for offer preparation, and technical training.
- Execute service orders and act as a subject matter expert in drying processes for country service sales organizations.
- Contribute directly to financial and non-financial service results through technical expertise, plant improvements, and customer-focused solutions.
- Provide expert technical advice on dryer upgrades, process improvements, and performance optimization to customers and service sales teams.
- Conduct plant audits and performance assessments to identify optimization opportunities, energy savings, capacity improvements, and reliability enhancements.
- Lead or support troubleshooting of complex dryer plant and plant-related issues, including undefined or recurring problems.
- Collaborate with engineering, automation, and service execution teams to resolve complex plant issues and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Adapt to new technologies, digital solutions, and evolving dryer applications.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely, effective, and technically sound resolution of challenging plant issues.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process) or equivalent technical background.
- Solid experience in a technical specialist, engineering, or technical sales support role,
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role, including interactions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel 30–40% of working time.
- Motivated to work in a dynamic, international environment
