You will execute technical advocacy and consultative value selling for Lysaght Sabah products across construction projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead proactive technical specification and consultative selling efforts.
- Develop and nurture early engagement with project stakeholders from design to construction phases.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, seminars, and workshops to architects, consultants, engineers (AEC professionals), quantity surveyors (QS), and building owners.
- Build strategic relationships and trust with architects, specifiers, contractors, developers, and project owners.
- Advocate for and promote premium and differentiated Lysaght products.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned construction sub-segments.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, project trends, and customer insights to Marketing Communications, Technical, and Product Development teams.
- Work cross-functionally with downstream and midstream teams to align technical resources and marketing efforts.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Mechanical), Science, Architecture, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in specification work, consultative selling, technical sales, or key account management, preferably within the Building and Construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction stakeholder dynamics.
