Job Description

Must-have:

  • Degree in Computer Science / IT, or equivalent hands-on experience 35 years of L1/L2 technical support experience (enterprise preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting in Windows Server and/or Linux
  • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IPStorage concepts: NAS, SAN, RAID, NFS
  • Virtualization experience: VMware or Hyper-V
  • Backup & recovery exposure (tools/process knowledge)
  • Good communication skills inEnglish + Mandarin (Mandarin speakers only)
  • Able to work hybrid/onsite in Selangor, including mandatory onsite training

Nice-to-have:

  • Exposure to backup tools: Commvault, Veritas, Veeam, NetBackup, Avamar
  • Cloud knowledge: AWS or Azure
  • Certifications: RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA/CCNP, Windows Server certification
  • DR planning/testing experience
  • Background in data protection or enterprise storage
