Job Description

Must-have:

Degree in Computer Science / IT, or equivalent hands-on experience 35 years of L1/L2 technical support experience (enterprise preferred)
Strong troubleshooting in Windows Server and/or Linux
Good knowledge of networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IPStorage concepts: NAS, SAN, RAID, NFS
Virtualization experience: VMware or Hyper-V
Backup & recovery exposure (tools/process knowledge)
Good communication skills inEnglish + Mandarin (Mandarin speakers only)
Able to work hybrid/onsite in Selangor, including mandatory onsite training

Nice-to-have:

Exposure to backup tools: Commvault, Veritas, Veeam, NetBackup, Avamar
Cloud knowledge: AWS or Azure
Certifications: RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA/CCNP, Windows Server certification
DR planning/testing experience
Background in data protection or enterprise storage
