We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Document technical solutions and customer interactions in our support system.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and FAQs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Proficient in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
