Responsibility
Support and propose application design to customers on-site
Support Sales Team to handle customer's technical queries or requirements
Sales visits to customers on technical queries will be required.
Manage customers products claims
Liaise with SEA HQ and Japan on technical certification
Set up and manage technical seminar to reach out to potential customers
Prepare technical presentation material for events
MUST TO HAVE:
At least 3 Years experience in Technical support or Technical sales experience & mechanical design experience
