Role Specific Responsibilities:
- Uses consulting tools for analysis and execution of project deliverables with the guidance of mid/senior engineers (MSE)
- Performs technical support functions including research for problem resolution in support of customers under direction of delivery manager or MSEs
- Provides support to MSEs on reproducing customer lab environments
- General awareness of how software skills and tools can be used to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot products and solutions
Scope:
- Receives guidance from peers and more experienced colleagues
- Limited customer interactions
- Typically interacts with individual contributors and managers; may interact with customers
- Generally, follows standard practices and procedures in completing analysis or tasks
- Works on assignments and problems of limited scope requiring judgement and initiative
Expertise:
- Proficiency in Japanese or Korean language
- Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent plus 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Support experience with Network systems like routers, switches, WAN etc
- Based in Malaysia
