Responsible for converting business user requirement into technical/functional requirements for system development. This includes system analysis, functional design, functional specification documentation and have proactive communications and collaborate with business and technical personnel for analysis and design.
Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation are in accordance with the Bank's standards and able to facilitate future maintenance and enhancements.
Functional (job responsibilities)
1. Responsible for converting business user requirement into technical/functional requirements for system development
2. System analysis, functional design, functional specification documentation and have proactive communications and collaborate with business and technical personnel for analysis and design
3. Liaise with business users to define systems requirements
4. Ensure amended and enhanced systems meet user functional requirement specifications
5. Ensure good functional specification documentation
6. Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation are in accordance with the Bank's standards
7. To provide clear instructions and directions to technical team for system development and enhancement
8. Ability to develop, document, and maintain operational policies and procedures, including the design and documentation of detailed process flows, and the development of marketing and training materials
9. Provide expert advice for best solution to product owners, business users and development team
10. Provide options/alternatives available to address Users Business Requirements and recommendation on software solution
11. Prepare functional test scripts, conduct review of system tests, to ensure accuracy and to ensure quality of the system or enhancement
12. Proposal on enhancement of applications for better performance and user experience
13. Able to communicate solution proposal to business
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
1. Facilitate knowledge transfer by performance monitoring and initiating action to strengthen results
2. Ensure implementation of core capabilities training/accreditation requirements for team members
3. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
4. Ensure that all recommendations and workflows results in a positive customer journey at every point
5. Ensure full compliance to internal policies and process and regulatory requirements
Education/Qualification
1) Degree
Experience
1) 5 years of experience in IT Enterprise Applications related functions - development & business analyst
2) Experience systems such as Online Banking, Cash Management and Mobile Banking

1) Strong analytical and planning skills
2) Excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills
3) Proven management and leadership skills, including the ability to gather clear business requirements
