We are looking for a Native Japanese-speaking professional who is fluent in Japanese and English to support our Customer Support / Customer Success / Technical Support functions. This role is open to candidates anywhere in the world we will provide EP Visa to work in Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer and technical support to Japanese-speaking clients across technology platforms
- Handle customer queries, incidents, and service requests via email, chat, and calls in native Japanese
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication
- Document cases, solutions, and customer interactions clearly in English and Japanese
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Native-level Japanese proficiency (mandatory)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Experience or strong interest in Technical Support, Customer Service, or Customer Success roles
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
