Job Description

Technical Support & Service Manager (International)

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for following up the equipment trial process, as well as the whole-process work of installation, commissioning, operation training, on-site guidance and acceptance of sold equipment.

2. Provide remote or on-site technical support services, respond quickly and solve various technical problems encountered by customers during equipment use.

3. Undertake daily equipment maintenance, regular inspection and fault diagnosis work to ensure stable operation of equipment.

4. Proactively collect customer usage feedback and opinions, sort them out systematically, and provide valuable reference suggestions for product development optimization and performance iteration.

5. Be responsible for technical support work for exhibitions in the region, as well as technical explanation and practical operation guidance for COE visit classes.

6. Maintain regular and efficient communication with customers, accurately grasp customers core needs, provide professional and comprehensive service solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Have relevant work experience in equipment technical support or on-site service and be familiar with the whole process of equipment service.

2. Have work experience in or access to operating rooms, and have a deep understanding of various management requirements, operating specifications and environmental standards of operating rooms.

3. Have solid experience in equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance and be able to handle various common equipment faults independently.

4. Clear logical thinking, with strong cross-departmental communication and coordination capabilities, problem-solving capabilities and execution capabilities.

5. Able to adapt to the work rhythm of frequent business trips and obey international regional work arrangements.

6. Language Requirement: Fluent in both spoken Chinese and English, and able to carry out bilingual technical communication and service work without obstacles.
