Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Johor Bahru
Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver engineering solutions and provide technical support to our construction industry partners. This role works closely with sales and marketing teams to develop technical proposals, prepare documentation and drawings, and ensure all solutions comply with project requirements, regulatory standards, and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and consultation to customers, as well as internal sales and marketing teams, including preparation of proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Respond to technical enquiries from clients, architects, and consultants throughout both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Conduct product installation training and provide on-site technical troubleshooting when required.
- Manage and process client orders efficiently.
- Assist in researching and developing value-added design solutions based on structural calculations and applicable engineering standards.
- Support business development by delivering technical presentations, seminars, and promoting product specifications to create project opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client requirements, product standardization, and future product development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CAD and Revit software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
