Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Team Lead (Cross-Referencing) to manage and develop two specialist teams supporting cross-referencing and BOM (Bill of Materials) activities. This role ensures efficient operations, strong process governance, and high-quality service delivery while driving continuous improvement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize resources across cross-referencing and BOM support teams to meet market demand
  • Ensure adherence to processes, KPIs, and service standards, driving continuous improvement
  • Set short- and long-term departmental objectives and initiatives
  • Monitor performance, coach team members, and motivate high achievement
  • Improve workflows, reporting, and database management (SharePoint)
  • Coordinate supplier product training and collaborate with Product & Supplier Management
  • Generate monthly performance reports and provide operational improvement solutions
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in electronics, industrial, or distribution-related industries
  • Proven people management and leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Strong MS Excel or database application skills preferred
