Technical Trainer

Job Description

• Planning, development and control of theoretical and practical apprenticeship program.
• Supervision of tasks assigned to students.
• Provide the necessary instruction / knowledge to the trainees.
• Keep up to date apprenticeship procedures and policies. Control and improve center indicators.
• Implement the educational plan of the Technical Training Center (TGA).
• Develop the material, manuals and practices needed for classes.
• Organize and schedule classes, materials and practices for the students.
• Development of the internal trainer team
• Primary focus on Mechanical curriculum development and instructions.
• Mechanic workshop practices (Lathe, Milling, Sawing and Drilling)
• Technical Drafting (Manual and CAD)
• (E)-Pneumatic System and Technology
• Secondary focus on Junior fabrication company - Providing internal fabrication services to the factory

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/SKM Level 3 (Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering)
• For Diploma/SKM Level 3, must have 5 years experience.
• Instructor experience in a technical training organization. GDVT and Skill Education background are added advantage.
• Industrial hands-on experience especially in the automation or fabrication industry
