Job Description:

1. Design and develop product documents in both English and Chinese for Ant international, including product introduction, technical integration guides, API/SDK documentation, tutorials, best practices, etc., to help users quickly get started with the products.
2. Work closely with product development teams to gather product information, conceptualize and develop content, and conduct review meetings to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the documents.
3. Research, analyze, and organize complex technical information into clear, concise, and readable documents.
4. Constantly collect internal and external customer feedback, use metrics to identify underperforming content and present/implement a plan for improvement.
5. Write product interface copy.

Job Requirement:

1. Degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong writing skills.
3. Full professional proficiency both in English and Chinese as this role will work closely with stakeholders from Technical Writer Team based in China.
4. Experience in technical writing or editing. Candidate with content writing experience are also encouraged to apply.
5. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
6. Proactive and self-motivated with record in timely delivery of requests.
