Note: This is a remote work position.
- Develop clear and concise technical documentation for IT software products and services including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, release notes and technical specifications
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers and other stakeholders to gather information and understand technical concepts
- Translate technical information into easy to understand documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness and relevance
- Review and edit existing documentation to ensure consistency, clarity and adherence to company standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing, information design, and documentation tools
- Assit in the creation and maintenance of knowledge base
- Participate in product design and development meetings to provide input on documentation requirementsand user experience
- Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering questions and providing guidance on technical documentation

- Required languages: written & verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience as a technical writer with a strong portfolio of technical documentation
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate comlex technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Visio, drawio, or similar
- Familiarity with Java, APIs and infrastructure concepts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work
- B.S degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study.
- Comfortable in using Java technology for web-based applications, preferably in Apache Maven, Spring and Hibernate.
- Strong in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Good database and SQL skills, especially MySQL.
Optional, But Highly Desirable Experience
- Experience with Joget DX or similar products.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Experience with subversion or git, continuous integration and deployment tools.
- Experience with secure coding practices.
- Experience working with different OS and cloud platforms.
