Job Description - R&D Technician
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented R&D Technician to support process development and material testing activities. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment while contributing directly to new technology development, product improvement, and process innovation initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare samples, perform experiments, and conduct material testing in accordance with established standards and procedures
Accurately record test results, observations, and process data, and prepare technical reports as required
Assist engineers during trials, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized laboratory environment in compliance with company safety policies
Manage inventory and ensure availability of R&D materials required for daily operations
Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly to ensure smooth workflow and project execution
