Job Description:

Assist in day-to-day operations of the data center or facility environment.

Perform basic electrical and mechanical checks on equipment such as UPS, CRAC units, PDUs, generators, and power systems.

Support installation, cabling, and commissioning activities for new racks, servers, network devices, and power circuits.

Conduct routine inspections of facility systems, including cooling, power, fire suppression, and security systems.

Assist senior technicians with preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Record and update daily checklists, logs, and incident reports.

Monitor alarms, respond to alerts, and escalate issues according to SOP.

Support contractors and vendors during onsite maintenance or repair work.

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant data center environment.
