Summary
You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems. This includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general maintenance works to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
