Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician at Scotwell - Digital Signage Solutions located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the optimal performance of high-quality LED screens, collaborating with the service team to address any issues, and working with the creative application team to update screen content regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in LED display maintenance and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in digital signage or advertising industry is a plus
• Candidate with LED Modules repair experience or PCB Board repair experience is a plus.
• Work at height is required from time to time
