Techno-Commecial Engineer

We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Engineer to support strategic customer accounts, develop competitive proposals, and coordinate project opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional engineering into customer engagement, costing, proposal development, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop strategic customer accounts by building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Understand customer operations, manufacturing processes, project needs, challenges, and future investment plans.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, cost estimations, and pricing analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and finance teams to gather information for accurate proposals.
• Track enquiries, quotation activities, customer projects, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support project handover from commercial stage to execution teams.
• Conduct customer visits, site assessments, meetings, and project discussions when required.
• Gather market information, customer feedback, competitor insights, and business intelligence.
• Maintain proposal records, costing tools, quotation databases, reports, and management dashboards.
• Improve proposal, costing, customer management, and commercial documentation processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in engineering, proposal, costing, project coordination, sales support, or account support.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent, organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas when required.
