Techno-Commercial Engineer ( Proposal & Costing I Mandarin Speaking )

JKS Engineering is looking for a proactive and commercially minded engineer to join our Techno-Commercial team.This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy analysing costs, preparing proposals, working closely with customers, and supporting business development activities. You will play an important role in developing competitive proposals, supporting our Business Development team, and managing strategic customer accounts

Your Responsibilities

Proposal & Costing

• Prepare professional technical and commercial proposals.
• Develop project costing, pricing analysis and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production and Finance to obtain costing information.
• Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive and submitted on time.
• Maintain proposal, costing and quotation databases.

Business Development Support

• Provide technical and commercial support to the Business Development team during customer enquiries and new project opportunities.
• Coordinate customer requirements and work with internal departments to develop the best technical solutions.
• Support customer presentations, project discussions and technical clarification meetings.

Strategic Account Management

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned strategic customers.
• Understand customers manufacturing processes, future plans and business requirements.
• Conduct customer visits, site surveys and account review meetings.
• Identify new project opportunities and support long-term account development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with customers in China and Taiwan.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas for customer visits.
