Delivery Lead - (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale technology delivery as primary client contact, assembling onshore/offshore teams of 50+ professionals.

Provide technical expertise, navigate challenges collaboratively, and drive RFP responses with estimates and schedules.

Mentor teams with strong leadership focused on accountability, growth, and client executive engagement.

Required Experience

Minimum 12 years in complex delivery or consulting, with proven track record in system integration, production operations, and multiple methodologies (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, custom dev, cloud).

Experience leading 50+ member teams on large accounts, contributing to sales/proposals, and superior communication skills.

Ability to converse in local languages; based in Kuala Lumpur.

Core Technical & Leadership Skills

Proven experience leading 50+ member onshore/offshore teams in system integration and cloud projects (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, custom development).

Expertise in multiple delivery methodologies, RFP/proposal management, and navigating complex client challenges collaboratively.

Senior executive engagement with superior written/verbal communication and sales contribution experience
