Role: Technology Delivery PMO Lead

The Delivery Governance & PMO Lead will provide end-to-end planning, governance and

delivery assurance support for the technology aspects of a complex business transformation programme. The role will be responsible for integrated planning, RAID management, executive reporting, financial tracking, dependency coordination and supplier governance, ensuring bp-owned technology commitments are delivered successfully and transparently.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and maintain the integrated technology delivery plan, ensuring alignment across bp teams, suppliers, business workstreams and programme milestones.

· Drive governance and reporting, including status reporting, milestone tracking, executive updates and delivery dashboards.

· Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies), ensuring actions are tracked, owners are assigned and escalations are driven to resolution.

· Coordinate cross-team dependencies and critical path activities across technology, business and supplier workstreams.

· Support supplier performance management through action tracking, delivery assurance, milestone monitoring and governance preparation.

· Monitor delivery financials, resource plans, forecasts and key programme metrics.

· Prepare materials and facilitate governance forums, steering committees, delivery reviews and decision-making sessions.

· Maintain programme controls, including change requests, decisions, actions and audit-ready records.

· Identify delivery risks and schedule slippage early, providing data-driven insights and recovery recommendations.

· Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, reporting standards and governance effectiveness.

Note: This role supports a globally distributed programme. The successful candidate should be comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with stakeholders located primarily in India, Europe and the UK.
