Sales Head

Location: applicant must be staying in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Management
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Partnership Development

Qualification and Experience Required -

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A master's degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Must have sales experience any of the 2 domains: Infra/ Security/ Software OR Cloud domain
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and data-driven decision-making.
  • Relationship-building and networking capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
