Role Overview:
As a Tele-Calling Intern, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, promoting our products/services, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. This role offers performance-driven incentives, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on sales experience while earning additional income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
- Generate leads and maintain an updated database of prospects
- Follow up with interested leads and assist in converting them into clients
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets
- Work closely with the sales team to support ongoing campaigns
- Maintain professionalism and a positive brand image during customer interactions
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus)
- Confidence in speaking over the phone and handling objections
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage (training will be provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
