Telesales Executive (Malay + English)
Location: Petaling Jaya (Wisma LYL, Section 51A)
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (2 days Off based on schedule)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: 1 year Contract( renewable)
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to introduce company products and services
- Consult and recommend suitable products based on customer needs
- Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets
- Maintain and update customer information in the company system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Support customer retention through promotions and follow-ups
- Achieve KPIs set by the company
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- At least 3–6 months of telesales experience (outbound calling) is an advantage
- Background in beauty, banking/finance, telecommunications, insurance, or e-commerce is a plus
- Strong communication skills with clear speaking voice
- Fluent in English and Malay
