We are seeking a Tele Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales through effective telemarketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role (2-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong customer service orientation.
