About the Role
We are looking for aTelecommunications Engineerto support theplanning, implementation and operation of telecommunications networks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuringhigh network availability, performance, and service qualityacross mobile, transmission, and IP networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implementtelecommunications network infrastructure
- Install, integrate, and commission network equipment (RAN, transmission, IP)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot service issues and outages
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Analyze KPIs and recommend network optimization improvements
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and acceptance records
- Ensure compliance withMCMC regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree inTelecommunications Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, ICT, or equivalent
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered
- 25 years of experience in telecommunications networks is preferred
- Knowledge of 4G LTE / 5G network
- Understanding ofRAN, Core Network, and Transmission system
- BasicIP networkingknowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing)
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Familiarity with RF planning, fiber optics, or microwave systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Willing to perform site work, standby, or callout duty
- Proficiency in Mandarin as an added advantage

- CCNA / CCNPcertification
- Experience in 5G or IPbased transmission networks
- Valid driving licence
