Job Description:

  • Engage customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to promote insurance products (e.g. Motor, Travel, Personal Accidents, etc.)
  • Explain product benefits clearly and recommend suitable options based on customer needs
  • Follow up on assigned leads and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
  • Keep up to date with product information, promotions, and basic compliance guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance-related roles is an advantage
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication in English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Open to attending basic product or compliance training if required
