- Engage customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to promote insurance products (e.g. Motor, Travel, Personal Accidents, etc.)
- Explain product benefits clearly and recommend suitable options based on customer needs
- Follow up on assigned leads and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
- Keep up to date with product information, promotions, and basic compliance guidelines
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance-related roles is an advantage
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication in English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Open to attending basic product or compliance training if required
