What You'll Do

* Call new parent enquiries promptly

* Understand parents needs and priorities

* Clearly explain Fairview's approach to education

* Qualify leads and book school tours

* Follow up to ensure parents attend their scheduled tours

* Update CRM records accurately

KPIs You'll Be Accountable For

1. Average time to call leads

2. Lead MQL conversion %

3. Lead school tour conversion %

4. Successful attendance at school tour %

Who We're Looking For

* Comfortable speaking to parents on the phone

* Friendly, confident, and organised

* Enjoys structured work with clear goals

* Mandarin fluency strongly preferred

* Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is an advantage

You don't need to be an educator.

You do need to communicate clearly and follow through.

Job Title: Telemarketer Admissions

Department: Admissions

Reporting To : Admissions Manager

Role Purpose

To manage initial parent enquiries by responding quickly, qualifying accurately, and converting interest into attended school tours, while clearly communicating Fairview International School's educational philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new enquiries within defined response times
• Conduct structured qualification calls with parents
• Convert qualified leads into school tour bookings
• Follow up to reduce no-shows
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Coordinate with admissions counsellors on handover of qualified leads

Requirements

• Clear spoken communication skills
• Comfortable with phone-based work
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Mandarin fluency strongly preferred
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
