Telemarketer (Fully Remote / WFH)

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses to identify potential banking and financing needs.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear, concise information about the company's services.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financing solutions.
• Accurately collect and input business information into the internal system.
• Follow up with leads to convert interest into confirmed appointments or successful cases.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales (experience inbusiness loanorfinancial product salesis a plus).
• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejections.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment whilemeetingKPIs.
