Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Telemarketer located in Shah Alam. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include contacting leads, following up with prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

• Experience in Appointment Scheduling
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent, currently enrolled in a related educational program
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
