Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role based in KL Eco City, KL. The Telemarketing Specialist will conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing contacts, introduce ACTERM's programs and services, and generate qualified leads for research collaborations, training, and industry partnerships. Daily activities include maintaining call lists and records, following structured scripts while adapting to caller needs, answering inquiries, and directing prospects to appropriate internal teams. The role also involves providing courteous customer support over the phone, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with colleagues to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Lead Generation and Sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting conversion efforts.
• Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to manage inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive caller experience.
• Ability to work on-site in KL Eco City, manage repetitive tasks with attention to detail, and meet daily call and target goals.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or call management systems and standard office software (Great if you have experience but not necessary).
• Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or related fields is an asset.
• Fluent in Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Available to start immediately.
