Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist, based in Petaling Jaya. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, engaging with potential clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves conducting sales calls, providing customer support, and contributing to the growth of the sales team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills to effectively promote Ekiwi's beauty and pharmaceutical products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales to drive customer acquisition and conversions
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to ensure satisfaction and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- Previous experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage
