WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead and coach telemarketing executives through call monitoring, feedback, and hands-on support to improve pitch quality, objection handling, and conversion rates
  • Set, track, and enforce team and individual KPIs, ensuring both team and personal targets (calls, appointments, conversions) are consistently met
  • Conduct cold calls personally to targeted organizations to generate leads, build key relationships, and set the performance benchmark for the team
  • Manage performance and workforce discipline, including improvement plans, attendance, leave, and scheduling
  • Analyze call performance, identify trends and gaps, and drive corrective actions when targets are missed
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to management
  • Develop and optimize scripts, call flows, qualification criteria, and calling strategies to improve conversion
  • Ensure proper usage and hygiene of Yeastar and Zoho systems
  • Drive a culture of accountability, ethical selling, and continuous improvement

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

  • Proven experience as an Outbound Telemarketer or Telemarketing Team Lead, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and motivating telemarketing or sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and build rapport with both clients and team members.
  • Strong ability to build trust and credibility with potential clients, and guide teams to do the same.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and performance-driven, with the mental toughness to handle rejection, setbacks, and continuous improvement demands.
  • Highly goal-oriented, with a clear focus on achieving individual and team sales OKR's.
  • Comfortable using CRM, dialers, and sales technology, and keen to leverage technology.
