Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls, Emails and other platform to promote GPS and navigation products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer queries effectively and provide accurate product information.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the team and share feedback to improve sales strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English(Verbal and Written is a must)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Telesales background
  • Experienced in BPO company is a plus point
  • Miniumum Education level - Diploma in any field.
