The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to engage potential customers, promote our products, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Manage and maintain a database of leads and customer information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and results.
