Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Subang Jaya. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for communication with potential customers, customer service, lead generation, customer support, and sales. The role requires active engagement with customers via phone to promote products or services, answer inquiries, and provide information about company offerings and promotions. The Telesales Executive will also handle customer complaints, manage and update customer databases, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
