Job Description

  • Promote and acquire customer for various types of products within the Maybank Group.
  • Achieve and exceed sales performance via up sell and cross sell.
  • Adhere to banking regulations, policies and procedures at all times.
  • Persistently champion the Maybank brand to maximize opportunities and contribute to customer loyalty and retention.
  • Continuously uphold integrity in all customer interactions.
  • To serve effectively and efficiently in meeting customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holders from a recognized university, or SPM holders with experience in sales/telesales.
  • Result-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.
  • Good knowledge in financial and banking products.
  • Team player with initiatives and assertiveness.
  • Strong relationship building, influencing skills and selling skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and build rapport in business situations.
  • Good customer service skills including researching and resolving customer issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
