Job Purpose
- To promote and sell selected products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacies, hospitals) via phone, focusing on building client relationships, explaining product benefits/ contraindications, processing orders, hitting sales targets key duties include outbounds calls, making call for collections for outstanding payments, handling inquiries, negotiating, resolving issues, maintaining product knowledge, and generating sales reports, requiring strong communication and goal orientation.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Outbounds sales call and collection: contact potential/existing clients (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals)
- Product Expertise: Provide detailed on product features
- Sales & Target Achievement: Meet sales target, handle objection and close sales effectively
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationship with client
- Data Management: Records of calls, sales, customer feedback in designated dashboard system.
