Telesales Executive

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Basic Salary: RM2,400 per month + Attractive Commission
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Bangsar South. If you enjoy communicating with customers, building relationships, and achieving sales goals, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

In this role, you will engage with existing customers to introduce relevant financial products, explain their benefits, and assist customers throughout the application process. Training and sales scripts will be provided to help you get started and perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to introduce and promote financial products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and application processes in a clear and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers to facilitate application completion.
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity records.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales objectives.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related banking sales position.
• Malaysian citizen aged 18 years and above.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays.
• Able to work on-site at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
